BOEOTIA. Thebes. Circa 425-400 BC. Stater (Silver, 25 mm, 12.17 g). Boeotian shield. Rev. Θ-E Amphora; to right, ivy leaf; all within circular incuse. BCD Boiotia 391. BMC -. HGC 4, 1325. A very rare variety. Attractively toned. The obverse struck slightly off center, otherwise, good very fine.
